Subscription InformationThe Journal of Disability and Oral Health is published quarterly in March, June, September and December. The print version is distributed free of charge to members of BSDH, to whom it is also available online for free with a complete archive back to Volume 1, Number 1 (2000). In 2008 IADH Members will have free access to the online version and can subscribe to have the print version in addition at the special rate of £40 worldwide. The annual subscription rates for individuals who do not belong to either organisation are £60 online and print worldwide or £54 online only worldwide. The annual subscription rates for institutions are £160 online and print worldwide or £144 online only.
